Nancy Motley is a native Houstonian and longtime HLSR member, leader, and newly appointed Vice President. When not working at the Show, Nancy serves as the Chief Learning and Innovation Officer at Seidlitz. During her talk, Nancy will share insight into the upcoming Houston Rodeo, the Show’s deep educational commitment to the youth of Texas, and a detailed look at the iconic Grand Entry that kicks off each rodeo performance night. With nearly two decades of hands on volunteer experience and a deep belief in purpose driven work, Nancy brings thoughtful perspective on leadership, community impact, and showing up fully in every season of life. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated petite plated luncheon during the conversation, offered at $35++ per person.
